Fratelli carissimi,
il Signore vi dia pace!
Come ogni anno, vi comunico le date delle riunioni dei prossimi Congressi Discretoriali, così che possiate organizzarvi per le varie richieste che dovessero eventualmente interessare il Discretorio.
Approfitto della presente per comunicarvi che la Segreteria per gli Affari Economici si riunisce generalmente due settimane prima di ogni riunione del Discretorio, per valutare eventuali richieste di carattere amministrativo e dare un parere consultivo al Discretorio stesso. Prego inoltre i guardiani delle fraternità interessate, di prendere nota delle località in cui si celebrerà il Discretorio.

Dear Brothers,
The Peace of the Lord be with you,
As every year, I wish to provide you with the dates for the meeting of the upcoming discretorial congresses. Hence you may be able to organize your agendas and be ready for the different requests that eventually the Discretorio will have to deal with.
May I also take advantage of this present letter to inform you that the Financial Secretariat generally meets two weeks before every meeting of the Discretorio to evaluate eventual administrative requests so as to give advice regarding these requests to the Discretorio itself. I kindly ask the guardians of the fraternities concerned to take note of the dates when Discretorio will take place in their venue.
